[ WORK HISTORY ]

 

PROFESSIONAL GAMES  (for the XBOX 360 console)

• Deep Silver's Volition: Environment artist (2006-2007)

Developed architectural and terrain-based assets for Saints Row 2. Worked closely with concept artists, cinematic professionals and game designers to successfully expand SR2's Stillwater City. 

 

MOBILE GAMES  (for the Apple iPhone)

Six to Start: Contract Artist (2012-2013)

Development of pixel and interface art for Zombies, RUN! Season 2, an iOS running game and audio adventure. Remotely collaborated throughout the project's life-cycle with game designers and artists located in London, England.

• Unicycle Mobile Inc: Lead artist (2009-2012)

Acted as visual lead for a 3-man startup focused on adventure games for iOS. Collaborated with an engineer and designer to develop the game's visual language and features within technical constraints. Developed front-end menus, icons, buttons, widgets, and a top down map from concept to final polish.

 

EDUCATIONAL GAMES  (for web-based training)

• CITES Organization / UIUC: User Services Specialist (2003-2006 / 2007-2011)

Spearheaded 4 projects from kickoff to completion for UIUC's CITES organization. Utilized Javascript, PHP and MySQL to bring a variety of environments and characters to life in unique and engaging learning experiences.
